I've read all 10 books and I am sorry to say I glossed over half of the pages. I think some stories were never meant to be epic sagas, and this is one. To me the author should have stopped after the witch was destroyed. Now it seems he is just going in all different directions (or lack thereof) to keep the story going. With the exception of Zollin the wizard every character in the saga has deep seated emotional and psychological issues. Like the world would be better if the the hand of God swept humanity from the face of the earth. I imagine if I revisit the author in a year or two the saga will be several books further along but with no more direction or coherence. Give it up already, let the poor wizard live in peace, and be done with all the wretches so intent on destroying what is good about humanity.Product details

I like the story, but I am starting to think it may be time for this series to wrap up soon....
Very enjoyable book to read. The author does a good job describing the action and developing the characters. Sometimes there is too much going on in the story, too many characters though and it can be difficult to jump back and forth between them.
It was a little choppy because of all the stories to be told but all and all a good read. Wished it had just a little more but it will keep me waiting for the next one.
Friends...Enemies....Fighting.....Adventuring......whats not to like....keep up the great work as the story grows we are seeing into the growing of the characters
I was captivated, by the story and the characters, didn't care for the circumstances, but the story wouldn't be great without them.
The story continues. It seems like peace and security will be a long time coming for our heroes. There is only danger ahead. Looking forward to the next book!
This book is everything I would expect from this engaging and adventurous series. I enjoy the character development and the twists and turns that keep us guessing. The tale isn't so deep that you get bogged down in it. It's a good solid middle-weight adventure that's a great pleasure to read. I'm looking forward to the next book!
